Jermaine Seagears

Jermaine Seagears is the Basketball Academy Director for International Christian Academy and International Sports Academy. Seagears is a former scholarship athlete at The University of Texas Pan American, part of the Western Athletic Conference. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, with an emphasis on Broadcast Journalism.

Jermaine Seagears, is the owner and founder of Work Or Don’t Eat, LLC and has a true passion to motivate, inspire and train student-athletes to excel in both sports and in life. He brings a unique spiritual connection, truth and understanding to develop and grow not only athletic skills, but leadership and fellowship qualities to the youth within our community.

Jermaine has over 10 years of experience in training and coaching all ages from elementary through pre-draft and NBA players. His passion drives students to want to excel academically and athletically, to overcome failures and adversity and to become the best versions of themselves. He has true purpose and spiritual connection to uplift our youth through his personal life experiences, including his victory over cancer.
